MISSION STATEMENT 

Belle is an official lifestyle and news publication for Bennett College for Women. The magazine reflects campus life and is an expression of student voices. The mission of Belle is to produce informative and motivational editorials for Bennett students and college-aged women in the larger community. The magazine is published in Greensboro, North Carolina. 

LETTER POLICY 

Belle welcomes brief letters to the editor and guest columns but does not guarantee their publication. Belle retains the right to edit or reject any material submitted for publication. All submissions become the property of the magazine and will not be returned. Anonymous submissions will not be published. All letters must contain the name of the writer, classification, major or group affiliation, phone number, email address and campus address. Address letters to Carmen Smith, Editor, Belle Magazine, 900 E. Washington St., Campus Box 25, Greensboro, NC 27401. 

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 

Belle is an official publication of Bennett College for Women. Belle is produced in conjunction with the Journalism and Media Studies Department. Any individual is eligible to become a member of the staff with an application and interview. Belle is published quarterly and bellemagazineonline.com is updated weekly. Editorials are the opinion of the Belle editors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the entire staff or the college. Signed columns and letters to the editor reflect the opinion of the writer and serve as an open forum for the expression of facts or opinions. Publications and distribution dates are subject to change without advance notice.
